  • A signed Safety Inspection Report to submit to the county

  • A Checklist Summary of what was inspected

  • A Certificate of Completion (if requested)

If any items need correction, we’ll guide you on how to address them before reinspection.

Our standard safety inspection starts at $175 Prices may vary slightly based on square footage, location, or if a reinspection is needed. Contact us for an exact quote.

❓ What if my property fails the inspection?

Don’t worry—most issues are easily fixable. We’ll provide a written summary of what needs attention. Once corrections are made, you can schedule a reinspection (reduced fee applies).

❓ Will you submit my documents to the county?

You are responsible for submitting the documents to Gilmer County, but we’ll provide everything you need in the proper format for submission.
