How long does the inspection take?

Most inspections take between 45 minutes to 1.5 hours, depending on the size and condition of the property.

❓ What happens after the inspection?

We’ll provide you with:

• A signed Safety Inspection Report to keep on file.

• A Checklist Summary of what was inspected

• A Certificate of Completion (if requested)

If any items need correction, we’ll guide you on how to address them before re-inspection. If a re-inspection is needed the fee will be $50.

Our standard safety inspection starts at $200 Prices may vary slightly based on square footage, location, or if a re-inspection is needed. Contact us for an exact quote.

❓ What if my property fails the inspection?

Don’t worry—most issues are easily fixable. We’ll provide a written summary of what needs attention. Once corrections are made, you can schedule a re-inspection (reduced fee applies).

This has changed a few times, as of right now you need to keep the safety inspection on file.

Yes! We offer discounted rates for annual re-inspections and renewal support.
